Book Reviews:
"I took the time this week to review your book “ In the Kitchen with Kids”. I like it a lot for two reasons. First I really believe it is so important for children to spend time with their parents doing things which will build their self esteem and self confidence. My granddaughter Margot loves to cook with my wife Priscilla and with her mom and she is only eight years old. They will have great fun cooking together using your book. The second reason I like your book is that it is focused on nutrition which teaches young and old great lessons how to prepare great tasting food which is also healthy. These are important lessons and vital habits for young people to learn. Good Luck with your book".

"This is an excellent guide for a busy Mom. Not only are the recipes delicious, but the instructions are easy to follow and ingredient lists are short. I have grown tired of recipes with an overwhelming ingredient list - too much trouble shopping for a long list with kids in tow.......Barbara's book makes me look good with little effort on my part - I love that!!
